Mission Statement
The North Glade Cardinals Optimist Club is an organization of individuals committed to developing the potential of youth while promoting athletics, academics, and improving our community through effective social programs, action and leadership.
About Us
The North Glade Cardinals Optimist Club was developed to provide a safe haven for the youth of North Glade and its surrounding areas. It is our organization’s objective to foster programs that will enrich and enhance the growth of our local young people. Through athletic, academic and social programs we will provide an environment that strongly exemplifies community, sportsmanship, competitiveness, teamwork, safety, and fun.
The Club's current Executive Board is diverse and comprised of dedicated professionals that include Corrections officers, City and County employees, local business owners and parents whose children are enrolled in our organization. Our board, the core of our organization, has well over 45 years of combined experience and involvement with local youth programs. We are well represented and confident that we have enjoined the right individuals to create, promote and maintain a successful Optimist Club. |
